The FoxSports/Scout.com Combine series continues its tour this weekend as West Charlotte High School (N.C.) hosts most of the top talent from the Carolinas and beyond. If past tour history is any indication, this stop should be one of the best, and the list of registered attendees this year is no exception especially with Marcus Lattimore, Scout.com's number two ranked player in the country.

While the Byrnes duo of Marcus Lattimore and Corey Miller will create a large amount of buzz as they enter the field, several other high schools are bringing a strong field of talent including the Northern Guilford student-athletes in Scout100 members Kenan Allen and Gabe King as well as , linebacker Matt Farris, cornerback James Scales, and rising junior wide receiver Maurice Harris who already holds several early offers.

The biggest battles could come from the quarterback group as Duke commitment Anthony Boone joins DeShean Townsend, Gabe Henderson, and Cornelius Jones as rising seniors with multiple scholarship offers. However, the eyes will also be on the rising junior class with Chrisitan Lemary and Everett Golson holding early offers and Tony McNeal, Robert Smith, and Price Litton expected to be amongst the nation's elite for the class of 2011.

Justin Henderson
The one-on-one battles in the trenches will provide some sparks as well. The offensive linemen have a strong task ahead of them with major college prospects on the defensive line including names like Kentucky commitment Justin Henderson from Bamberg-Ehrhardt (S.C.), Ethan Farmer from South Columbus (N.C.), Kendrick Frazier from Denmark-Olar (S.C.), Fre'Shad Hunter from Cary (N.C.), Darius Kilgo from Weddington (N.c.), and Eric Young from Southern Durham (N.C.) to go along with the aforementioned Miller and King.

To stop the big men on defense, expect some big names to pop up like big Kalon Davis from Chester (S.C.), Takoby Cofield from Tarboro (N.C.), Lawrence Dixon from Byrd (N.C.), Anthony Hill from Mooresville (N.C.), A.J. Cann from Bamberg-Ehrhardt (S.C.), Corey Robinson from Havelock (N.C.), and Logan Stewart from Boiling Springs (S.C.).

When the linebackers and running backs match up, eyes will be on Lattimore, but an in-state rivalry could be brewing with another big-timer in Mustafa Green from Irmo. Other names to keep an eye on include C.J. Frederick from West Johnston (N.C.), sophomore Jaylen Simmons from West Charlotte (N.C.), Virginia commitment Kevin Parks, Ladarious Norrs from Hanna (S.C.), and tight ends Eric Maclain from Jack Britt (N.C.) and James Power from Myrtle Beach (S.C.).

P.J. Clyburn
Linebackers will be running quite a bit, but with a deep group of talented players they should get plenty of rest between reps. Names that could jump out on Sunday include Prince Shembo from Ardry Kell (N.C.), P.J. Clyburn from West Iredell (N.C.), Duke commitment Darius Lipford from Hibriten (N.C.), Ty Linton and Kelby Brown from Charlotte Christian (N.C.), Clemson commitment Jake Nicholopulos and Brandon Boulware from T.L. Hanna (S.C.), Andre Whitmire from Spartanburg (S.C.), and Chris Smith from West Rowan (N.C.).

As for the deep passes, the wide receiver position may provide the biggest highlights on the day. Clemson commitment Martavis Bryant from T.L. Hanna (S.C.), Braxton Deaver from Providence (N.C.), Maurice Harris from Northern Guilford (N.C.), Matt James from Sanderson (N.C.), Nigel King from Wakefield (N.C.), Jazz King and Torian Richardson from Byrnes (S.C.), and Kersean Wilson from Richland Northeast headline the group.

Keenan Allen
The defensive backs are just as talented with Keenan Allen and James Scales from Northern Guilford (N.C.), Detric Allen from South Stanly (N.C.), David Amerson from Dudley (N.C.), DeChane Durante from Vance (N.C.), John Fulton from Manning (S.C.), Florida commitment Victor Hampton from Independence (N.C.), Quan Ray from South Brunswick (N.C.), Dante Stewart from Calhoun County (S.C.), and Khiry Watts from Myrtle Beach (S.C.).

After the combine, Scout.com will present a trophies for offensive, defensive, and overall combine most valuable participants.
