| Plunkett, who transferred to the Peddie School prior to the 2005 season was limited to just four games last season while rehabbing from a hamstring injury. Once fully healed he rushed for 450 yards, while also totaling 35 tackles, including 3 sacks from the outside linebacker position.
Playing at McCorristin Catholic in 2004, Plunkett ran for 1,100 yards and 10 touchdowns. He also posted 130 tackles, forced four fumbles, had three interceptions and five sacks. He was named All-Conference, All-County, All-Area and All-Suburban.
