Speed is the name of the game with Ambrose but he can also run between the tackles and is an excellent return man.
(Sr.) He ran for over 1,300 yards despite missing several games due to an ankle injury and was a Class 2A 1st Team All-State selection.
(Jr.) Ambrose rushed for over 1,300 yards with 12 touchdowns.
(So.) 84 carries for 618 yards and 10 touchdowns, eight receptions for 173 yards and three touchdowns, five kick-off returns for 141 yards and one touchdown.
(Fr.) 66 carries for 436 yards and seven touchdowns.
Coach's Comments:“He’s a terrific player,” said St. James head coach Rick Gaille. “He should be our most productive back. We never really made him the feature back but this year he is going to get a lot more touches. He runs well; catches the ball well and has very good speed. He is very solid.
