2008: FSWA 6A Second Team All-State, All Dade County First Team, Under Armour All-American.
One of the top defensive tackle prospects in the state of Florida, Antwan Lowery finished his junior season with 75 tackles, 15 tackles for loss and three sacks. He benches 305-pounds, squats 395 and has a 29-inch vertical jump. Lowery's brother is a linebacker at Rutgers.
Lowery: "I'm very strong and pretty quick for my size. I move good sideline-to-sideline and I'm a run stopper.
"I want to get more sacks and am working hard on improving my pass rush. I want to shed o-linemen better and use my hands more."
