| Nick Rowland says he can bench 365-pounds, squat 480 and claims a 24-inch vertical jump.
Named 2nd team all region as a sophomore. Named 1st team all region and All Arizona as a junior.
Rowland plans on majoring in business and Rowland reports a 3.7 core GPA and a 1280 two-part SAT.
Rowland: “I’m a great pass blocker and play with a lot of tenacity. I play aggressive all the time and when I make contact I don’t let go.
“The faster you are, the better you are. I definitely want to improve my speed and quickness.”
