| Bennett seems to have an elastic arm, because he can get a surprising amount of velocity without resetting his feet. He's an excellent runner, but he runs to set up his pass first. Meaning, as he's scrambling, he keeps his eyes downfield and only runs once he's exhausted the option of passing. Bennett has an excellent frame and will add some muscle weight once he hits the next level to absorb some of the hits he'll take - Scott Kennedy, Scout.com |

Threw for 2,133 yards and 18 touchdowns for the Celts, who finished the year ranked #5 in California. Twice threw four touchdowns in a game and had another in which he three for 388 yards.
Bennett reports a 2.9 core GPA and a 1200 three-part SAT. He will retake.
Bennett: “I’d say I’m a good mover. I have good agility and can run. I have a strong arm too and just have quarterback smarts.
“I like to run, but I’m a good pocket-passer. I’m right in between.
“I still want to bulk up and get stronger. I also want to work on reading defenses better.”
